These elegant, serviced apartments are located in residential Westminster within 3.5 acres of idyllic landscaped gardens along the River Thames. Dolphin House is a modern apartment block with on-site shops, a fitness centre and a 24-hour front desk with security. Guests at Dolphin House can enjoy a range of benefits, including complimentary access to the leisure facilities. These include a gym, sauna, steam room, squash courts (fee payable) and tennis courts.The spa offers a range of treatments. At Dolphin House, guests can enjoy a 2-course dinner with 1 glass of wine, beer or soft drink at an extra cost. Victoria Train Station is 15 minutes’ walk away, while Buckingham Palace can be reached in 25 minutes on foot. Pimlico Tube Station and the banks of the River Thames are a few minutes’ walk away. Most apartments have a super king-size bed, duck-down duvets and feather pillows. Bookings of 7 nights or more will receive a twice-weekly maid service and linen change.

At check-in, you must sign a separate agreement with Dolphin House. If your stay is for more than 13 nights, you will need to pay a refundable deposit. For bookings of 10 nights or more, different cancellation policies apply, and cancellation will need to be 10 days prior to arrival. Please note that the leisure club is closed from 30 August until 21 September 2016 due to renovations. During this time the changing rooms, squash court and 'chill out zone' will be unavailable. The gym and swimming pool will remain open as usual. Guests will need to change in their bedroom before going down to the pool, as all changing room facilities will be closed. Children can use the swimming pool during set periods.These hours are from 10:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday. There are no restrictions for children to swim at the weekend / bank holidays. A washing machine and electric hob/oven for apartments are available on request, subject to availability only.
