Set amongst fruit trees at an altitude of 650 metres, Pension Gurterhof offers panoramic views of Merano and the surrounding mountains. It offers a garden with summer swimming pool. The family-run Gurterhof is just outside Scena and 5 km from Merano town centre. Free parking is provided and the nearest bus stop is 200 metres away. The local tourist board organises hiking tours that start from right outside the property. Rooms have a traditional Alpine design and a furnished balcony with views. They include an LCD TV with satellite channels and a bathroom with shower. Breakfast is a buffet of sweet and savoury food including cold meats, cheese and eggs. Outdoors, the property features a children's playground and sun loungers and parasols around the pool, open from May until September.
