Your holiday apartment is located on the first floor and is very spacious. but above all luxuriously furnished. You have 2 bedrooms. a bathroom with an infrared sauna and a royal living room with an open kitchen. The fantastic balcony is a lovely extension of the living room. The free ski bus departs only 300 metres from the house and will whisks you to the large ski area of Kitzbühel in only a few minutes. Walking. Nordic skiing or sledding is available in the surrounding area. In the other seasons. a visit to the many sights. such as the Groβglockner. Krimmel waterfalls or the National Park visitors centre are worth the effort. In short. a great deal of luxury. space and a beautiful central location.
