With the stop of the ski bus right in front of it, the Residenz Awen in Neugasteig offers easy access to the Stubai Glacier Ski Area. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a balcony and a terrace. Cable TV and a DVD player are further features of the apartment and you can also find an infra-red cabin and a washing machine on site. In summer, the garden is an inviting place for spending some relaxing time. There is a garage for 2 cars and additional 3 parking spaces in front of Residenz Awen. The centre of Neustift with various shops and restaurants is 5 km away. You can enjoy tobogganing right next to the hotel or start cross-country skiing 300 metres from the house.

A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. Residenz Awen will contact you with instructions after booking. A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure if apartment is in same condition as it was upon arrival.
