Area information

Marktredwitz and its surrounding area offer many things to do. In the winter, there are cross-country skiing trails close at hand and downhill ski slopes with a radius of 25 km. Throughout the year there are a variety of hiking trails to explore the Fichtelgebirge mountain range, as well as mini-golf, a swimming pool and museums. In the Fichtelgebirge mountain range there is much to see and admire. You can also make day-trips to neighbouring towns and cities such as Nuremberg and Bayreuth. The hotel is happy to suggest an itinerary to suit you.

Travel information

If approaching from Nuremberg on the A9 motorway, take the Bad Berneck exit, and then the B303 towards Marktredwitz, exiting at Marktredwitz Waldstadion. If approaching from Frankfurt, Würzburg, Bamberg on the A70 motorway, take the A9 motorway towards Berlin. Exit at Bad Berneck, and then take the B303 towards Marktredwitz, exiting at Marktredwitz Waldstadion. If approaching from Munich, take the A93 motorway towards Regensburg/Weiden, exit at Marktredwitz Nord, and take the B303 towards Bayreuth as far as the Marktredwitz Waldstation exit. If approaching from the north on the A9 motorway, take the Bayernisches Vogtland exit. Then take the A93 motorway as far as the Marktredwitz Nord exit, then the B303 towards Bayreuth as far as the Marktredwitz Waldstation exit.

Please note that the restaurant is open between 17:30 and 20:30 from Mondays to Thursdays, and between 11:30 and 14:30 on Sundays. The restaurant is closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
